Okay, due to a number of home and work pressures, I am no longer able to photograph. Unfortunately I will not be out hunting the light any more.
I’d rather not see my gear go to waste, so I’m giving it all away. Thats right, tripods, cameras, lenses, flashes, pocket wizards, bags, the lot.
Who wants it, leave your best reason in the comments and I’ll decide who I think is well deserved for all my gear.
You have until the end of the day!
Good Luck

Hi James
James, given today’s date I was a little reluctant to reply tp your post. Nevertheless here goes…
My name is Valerie and I am 58 years old. Two years ago I was given a birthday gift namely PSPX ever since then I have been hooked on graphical art & photography. I have now upgraded to photoshopCS3 extended.
Previously I have bought two low end cameras a Panasonic and now an 8 Megapixel cannon. Neither offer the productivity output that I so often see around the internet and would love to take this opportunity to apply for your very generous offer.
I would take very good care of your equipment forever and be very grateful if I should be chosen to receive this unbelievable gift.
My main aim would be to be able extremely high quality images on istock to share with others as well as photograph my beautiful home town and it’s rolling green pastures and cane farms with gorgeous dilapidated old homes before they perish into the ether.
Whatever your decision thank you for the opportunity to reply and good luck with your new endeavors.
Kind Regards
Valerie
Hi James,
I am 18 and am currently only earning enough to support my petrol bill.
I’ll keep it simple!
I am a very passionate photographer and havent had any chance to upgrade my kit in a year and a half!
I still use a 400d and a kit lens!
Getting this gear would drastically change my photography circumstances as I dont see myself affording even a decent lens for at least a year or more!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I am sorry to hear about your photographic situation but would be proud to take care of your gear if you feel I am best suited!
All the best

Okay, so like the meteor on the beach today and the whale in the river, this was my attempt at an April Fool.
But these were such heart felt posts that I feel a bad about the post in the first place.
I have sent you both an email to see if I can help your photography in any way.
Actually Valerie, send me your email to the contact page at jknightsmith.com and I’ll send you a reply.
crap attempt james… nice try though. Dylan your not still using a kit lens are you?!
Sorry, wasn’t smart enough to fool the younger generation.
Whats wrong with kit lenses? Its better than no lens.
